Description
This review summarises current knowledge on the nature, incidence, chronology, and interrelationships of achondroplasia-related comorbidities across the lifespan, but also highlights key knowledge gaps and areas for future research.
Topics covered include quality of life, physical function and pain, FMS and cervicomedullary decompression, head circumference, growth and spinal issues. It also looks at the increased risk of mortality across the lifespan.
